Code of Conduct
Introduction:
This Code of Conduct was created for Interpol members only.
All Staffs of Interpol is to abide with the rules closely.
Anyone seen breaking the rules will be dealt with appropriate punishments.

FTF (Fill the Front)
Fill the front help gain members and let workers into the security.

Fill the back this means that you fill the back sofas to “brb” (Be right Back) or “AFK” (Away from Keyboard
FTS (Fill the Security)
Fill the security this means that you help fill the security and help let workers in base.
BTB (Back to Base)
Back to base this means that you should return to base at once.
FTTD (Fill the Transfer Desk)
Fill the Transfer desk and help to transfer new members into our agency.
FTHD (Fill the Help Desk)
Fill the Help desk and assist members who have questions or need help.
Section 1.3 – Dress Code
Up to the rank of HM, all staff have an uniform for their division.
The Uniform room can be found in base in the elevator teleport.
Please wear your uniform in base at all times.
Once you reach HM (High Management Division), you are able to wear a style of your own choice, but it MUST be smart and formal.
Clothing styles NOT permitted within Interpol include:

Pay day: Saturday
Times: 10am, 2pm, 7pm, and Midnight, GMT+1 (UK timing)
To receive pay you must:
Do not ask others to collect your pay for you. It will not be given.
Do not just show up for pay and leave. You will be noted and it will result in you being blacklisted from pay the next week.
Those on the Rank sellers badge are able to host pay lines.
Do not ask people without the Rank sellers badge for your pay.
Do not try to join more than 1 pay line in a day. Names are noted and you will get caught and disciplinary action taken.

Section 2.2 – Transfer Policy
Only FA+ can transfer and must be a part of the Transfer Unit.
If you’d like to join the Transfer Unit you can apply here
Transfer limits:
You may only offer ranks that are 2 divisions below your division

The highest rank that may be offered for transferers will only be Trial OOA.

When offering ranks the individual must have:
All staff who work hard in base will be recognised, and granted promotions.
Do NOT ask or hint for any promotions, or any admins/room rights. You will be warned.
Standard : Every 30 (THIRTY) minutes of working with MAXIMUM of 3 ranks promotion per day
Requirement to gain first promotion : Must recruit at least 1 (ONE) member in order to gain first promotion.
Security Unit : Every 1 (ONE) hour of working with MAXIMUM of 3 ranks promotion per day
Requirement to gain first promotion :
30 (THIRTY) minutes working in security area OR recruit at least 2 (TWO) members.
Trainer & Rapid Response : Every 2 (TWO) hour of working with MAXIMUM of 3 ranks promotion per day.
Requirement to gain first promotion :
Train at least 1 (ONE) Rookie OR 40 (FORTY) minutes working in security area OR recruit at least 2 (TWO) members

Intel Unit & Communications Unit :
Every 8 (EIGHT) hours of working with MAXIMUM of 1 rank promotion per day

Starting From Domestic Affairs up to Office Of Administration

Requirement to gain first promotion :
Train at least 3 (THREE) Rookies OR recruit at least 6 (SIX) members.
Domestic Affairs up to Democratic Council :
Every 12 (TWELVE) hours of working with MAXIMUM 1 rank promotion within 3 days
Elite Unit & Leadership :
Every 16 (SIXTEEN) hours of working with MAXIMUM 1 rank promotion within 5 days
Trial OOA & OOA :
Every 24 (TWENTY FOUR) hours of working with MAXIMUM 1 rank promotion within 7 days

On our forums we have a promotion log board. Please make sure to log all promotions given out, and follow the format set there.
Section 3 – Consequences
Section 3.1 – Striking System
The lowest rank from which you can give any warnings and strikes is HM (High Management), so please do not give any of these before this division.
If you have a problem with another member of staff and you are lower than this, please bring it to a HR (Higher Rank) in order to figure out a peaceful resolution of the situation.
For a severe enough situation, including refusing demotion, vulgar sexual discussions, excessive trolling etc, all IC staff reserve the right of immediate firing.
If you fail to follow Interpol’s Official rules (Section 1.1) you will have to face the following consequences:
A warning is given: When this is first given it is a warning that a strike may be given if you continue breaking rules in Interpol.
Note: Over time and good behaviour the warning may be forgotten.
A Strike 1 is given: When a strike 1 is given it is a warning that you are 1 strike away from a demotion and should not break any other rules.
Note: The strike will not be forgotten and will be logged.
A Strike 2 is given: When a strike 2 is given you have continued to break the rules and will be demoted.
The demotion depends on how bad the situation is.
Note: The strike and demotion will be logged.
Please remember to give a demotion you must get permission from Leadership+
A strike 3 is given: When a strike 3 is given you have still continued to break the rules and refused a demotion and will be fired.
When first fired you will lose your rank and will not be able to re-join Interpol for a week.
When you become able to re-join you will be offered Rookie.
Note: All Fired members need approval from iC member and must be logged.
Please note that Founders reserve the right to take immediate action upon extreme behaviour.
Remember, if it gets to the point you are seeking to demote or fire someone, screenshots can and do help out in a decision being made. Do not argue with the member you are dealing with, but take a deep breath, make your points clearly and calmly.
Section 3.2 – Kick on Sight (KoS)
Certain actions are punishable through Kicking or Banning on sight within all Interpol rooms for certain members of the community. These are only given in very severecircumstances.
Kick on Sight: A Habbo on the Kick on Sight (KoS) list, shall be kicked by a room admin as soon as they are seen. Reasons for this include been a member of a Trolling Agency or Group, a known troublemaker or a High Ranking member of an Agency on our “Banned Agency” list. A list of Habbos on said list are on a stick near the Transfer Desk and posted on the Forums.
Note: Certain members of said groups can be omitted from this.
Section 3.3 – Ban on Sight (BoS)
Ban on Sight: A Habbo on the Ban on Sight (BoS) list will remain banned from the room until the admin who placed him or her there agrees to remove them. Banned members will have broken several of our rules in base, or are a High Rank (iC) in a member of our “Banned Agency” list.
Note: Founders may Remove Banned members at any time with good reason. Certain members of said groups can be omitted from this.
Section 3.4 – Banned Agencies
An Agency on the Banned Agency List will have broken many of Interpol’s Rules in base, their owners are viewed as irresponsible and members wishing to transfer to Interpol from a Banned Agency will have a significantly lowered transfer limit, regardless of rank. A list of Agencies on said list are on a stick near the Transfer Desk and posted on the Forums.
Note: Founders must vote unanimously on all members of the Banned Agency List. Agencies cannot be removed without a vote between founders.
Section 4 – Systems
Section 4.1 – Room Rights
Members with Room Rights are trustable individuals who are able to Kick/Ban/Mute members who are being disruptive in base. They are also able to move furniture around.
Room rights are earned and cannot be bought.
Do not ask for rights, you may be given a strike.
Rights can only be given by founders.
Do not abuse your Room rights, or they will be removed or other more severe punishments may be implemented.
Section 4.2 – Alliances

*National Punishment
National punishment is an act as where allies agencies members, if they were fired or demoted, carry their punishment to the next agency if they transfer. For example, if MemberA was fired from Interpol, but no badges were officially removed as of yet, and MemberA Transferred to one of our allies, we would expect the allied agency to carry out the firing also.
This policy would also be in effect if it were the other way around and MemberA transferred into Interpol before his badges were removed. We would also enforce the punishments from the allied agency.

How to get forum moderation:
If the same user posts the same offensive post/text continuously you have a duty to mark him as a spammer.
(When marking people as spammer they will lose their rank to post texts)
Note: If it is a severe case please give them warning points so administrators can have a further look at it.
Section 5.3 – Forum Administrators
How to get Forum Administration
To get Forum administration you need to be a very trusted high rank officer of Interpol and have acknowledge on how to be a moderator and administrator in a big forum community.
You will also have to be Executive Member or higher in order to get it.
As a forum administrator you have certain tasks and that is:

- Do not use Neon or animal styled chat in base. Other forms of coloured chat are permitted.
- Do not self-promote.
- Do not idle/AFK/BRB at a station or in the corridors. (FTF, FTS etc.)
- Double jobbing is not allowed.
- Do not attempt to sell ranks unless you are listed on the website as a rank seller, or have the rank sellers badge.
- Do not scam or be affiliated with scamming.
- Do not disrupt the peace between other agencies or alliances.
- Do not abuse your rights/authority/rank.
- Do not allow those without correct B.U.M (Badge, Uniform & Motto) into HQ.
- Do not Spam.

- Must accept Interpol’s Terms
- Must have an active Owner/Founder/HQ
- Owner/Founder must be present when requesting an Alliance
- Must be open for 4 weeks or more (If currently re-opened)
Terms for Alliance:
- Must acknowledge alliance via website or noted clearly within their HQ
- Must have a VIP/SG/Alliance Badge
- No plotting against/raiding/trolling/disrespecting Interpol
- Must not be Allied with troll groups/Agencies
- Must allow the right of National Punishment*
- Must not be allied with an Agency on the Banned Agency list (see 3.2)
*National Punishment

- Members who are absent for more than 2 weeks will be removed from badges.
- If you are planning to go away for a significant amount of time, you can apply for the Leave of Absence Badge, which will prevent your badges from being removed.
- For the LOA to be effective you must make sure the badge is accepted for you.
Section 5.1 – Forums

- Our forums are the place where members are able to communicate with each other, updates are posted, and logging is done.
- You must sign up with your full habbo username, if not, you must request for access before your forum will be given access.
- The forum is monitored 24/7 and Bullying/Swearing/inappropriate talk/posting inappropriate pictures will result in a ban of your account and possibly a fire from Interpol.
- If you are having any technical issues please contact an admin or moderator
