Director of Standards
The Director of Standard Ranks are in charge of overviewing new Agents, seeing if they
are enjoying working with Interpol and finding out their early opinions and relaying them
onto their Department Head. They are also in charge of Security Ranks, trying to find
new ways to improve security and ensuring that Security staff are properly trained.
Director of Training
The Director of Training is to assist the running of a Training Affairs Team. They are to
find ways to improve our training facilities and should present any to the Committee’s
during Director Meetings. They will also work closely with trainers and ensure that
training is as fun and rewarding as possible, developing new ideas for training scripts.
Director of Management
The Director of Management is there to support Management ranks throughout Interpol.
This includes Ranks ranging from Rapid Response to Senior Management. Their aim is
to ensure these ranks know their roles throughout our base, ensuring that when people
reach Top Management, they deserve their role, and that they understand their added
responsibilities in base.
Director of Domestic Affairs
The Director of Domestic Affairs main aims are to ensure that base is running smoothly
with the help of the Domestic Affairs ranks and teaching them their responsibilities within
base, tutoring them on how to set a good example, aiding lower ranks, and leading by
example through working hard in the stations available. They must also aim to make
sure the HQ is a fun place to be, entertaining the staff, encouraging conversation and
possibly hosting games.
Director of Foreign Affairs
The Director of Foreign Affairs holds their main focus over Transfers and Transferees
and the Foreign Affairs members. They must ensure that Transfers are conducted within
our strict rules, and logged appropriately, whilst finding ways to improve the process and
implementing new rules which are often updated, and discussing with their Department
Head and Founders agency limits and transfer bans (for individuals and agencies).
Director of Alliances
The Director of Alliances main focus is on other agencies, not only discussing Alliance
terms with founder for ourselves, but searching potential agencies for alliances and
keeping good relations with most agencies. This is an important role in order to keep the
peace throughout Interpol and helps to limit any external problems we have.
Director of Command
The Director of Command will be in charge of overseeing the Elite Unit and Leadership
Unit within Interpol. This includes ensuring that staff are well prepared for using the Help
Desk when they reach Leadership and trying to find staff with the potential for
Leadership roles within the Elite Unit. The Director of Command should work closely
with the Director of OOA when discussing potential OOA’s within the Leadership
division.
Director of OOA
The Director of the Office of Administration has a very important role within Interpol. The
Director of OOA must search for Trial OOA’s who haven proven themselves worthy to
become OOA ranks. Their aim is to work closely with the General Assembly and
Executive Committee in discussing OOA’s with the potential to be future Directors. They
must also begin to teach OOA’s the added responsibility which they get when becoming
Directors, so they will be ready for Training by the Head of Directors.
